Plant Strength
Description
Palagonite is a volcanic mineral substance that was created by
a rare and unique event, in which hot basalt lava flowed into a
freshwater lake in Queensland, Australia, around 20 million years
ago. Palagonisation began as the molten lava, was quenched,
forming a rind or coating of volcanic glass, that over time has
devitrified from glass into palagonite material. Extremely rare, it
is found in Australia, Iceland and on the planet Mars.
Palagonites’ rich and comprehensive suite of essential nutrients,
includes: Silicon, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium, Calcium,
Sodium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Carbon, Nitrogen, Cobalt,
Nickel, Zinc, Molybdenum, Selenium, makes it the perfect base
product for natural plant health.

Directions:
New Tank: Sprinkle Palagonite evenly into a thin layer over the
bottom of aquarium. Any areas intended for planting, build
up to double depth. Cover with your substrate of choice, for
example river gravel, pebble or sand.
Established Tank: Option for replanting – dig a recess in your
substrate and carefully fill with Palagonite and cover. Plant into
it. Option for general mineralisation – push aside a small area
of substrate and place Palagonite. Cover with substrate.
